By accessing or using the Warp-It platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Warp-It provides an online platform for organisations to list, find, and exchange surplus furniture, equipment, and supplies. We facilitate connections between organisations but do not own, store, or transport any items listed on the platform.
You must register for an account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Items listed on the platform must belong to the listing organisation. Personal items may not be listed. Users are responsible for the accuracy of item descriptions and conditions. Claims are subject to approval by the listing organisation.
Collection and transport of items is arranged directly between the listing and claiming organisations. Warp-It is not responsible for transport, delivery, or any damage that may occur during transit.
Items are provided "as is" without warranty. Warp-It does not guarantee the condition, safety, or suitability of any items listed on the platform. Users should inspect items before accepting them.
The Warp-It platform, including its design, features, and content, is the intellectual property of Warp-It. Users retain ownership of content they submit (photos, descriptions) but grant Warp-It a licence to display this content on the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
